New Years Eve (Format Change) – Halyards Open for dining
Join the Club New Years Eve Party – 31 December, 2021
Members and their guests are invited to come down and enjoy dinner and drinks from a special Halyards menu this New Years Eve. The outside annexe seating area will be open with fresh air and socially distanced tables for members to enjoy a meal and watch the 9pm & midnight fireworks, whilst listening to live music from BobKat.
Members are advised to book prior with reception to ensure the pre collection of wrist bands to allow access to the grounds on New Years Eve.

Due to the current delay in COVID test results, the Food and Beverage team remain short staffed, therefore Halyards will be open from 9am – 5pm today with limited food options available.
Please note the tender service will also finish at 5pm today.
The “Dancing In The Shadows of Motown” show/party originally scheduled for Tuesday 28 December has been postponed and will be rescheduled to a later date.
25 December 2021 – 3.30pm
Due to possible exposure to a COVID positive staff member, many of our F&B staff are isolated and awaiting their negative test results.
Rapid Antigen Tests have returned negative results but isolation is mandatory until the PCR test is returned negative.
Unfortunately, that leaves the club with a staff shortage and therefore, we are unable to open the clubhouse (including Halyards and the Gym) on Boxing Day. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
We intend to re-open on Monday 27 December and hope to see you all.
Tender service will be available for members between 8am & 6pm tomorrow.
24 December 2021 – 12.30pm
RPAYC has been made aware that a staff member has tested positive to COVID-19 and as a precaution we are closing the clubhouse for cleaning today (Friday 24 December, 2021).
The positive staff member was working in Halyards on Tuesday 21st Dec between 7.00pm & 10.30pm.
We will keep members updated about club operations as we have further information.
