During winter, The Alfred’s Restaurant is served in the Admirals Cup Room, offering a warm, cosy atmosphere complemented by the inviting glow of the E-Bar fireplace. Enjoy this seasonal setting from Friday 6 June, with the Edinburgh Bar & Lounge open from 5:30pm.
Each week, our talented chefs present a unique à la carte menu, showcasing fresh, seasonal ingredients and creative culinary flair.
Whether you’re planning a night out with friends, a family gathering, or simply treating yourself, The Alfred’s provides the perfect setting for any occasion.

Edinburgh Lounge & Bar open from 5:30pm with live piano. Live music 5:30pm-7pm.
Halyards bar open till 5:30pm. Members and Guests are invited to move into the Edinburgh Lounge & Bar thereafter,

Cruising First Friday
Friday 3 July
Book a table with your friends to catch up, or just book, and we will allocate you a seat.
- On the night: Join fellow members for pre-drinks from 5:30pm – and dine from 7:00 pm in the Alfred’s Restaurant.
- 8:30pm – Presentation in the Pittwater room
Guest speakers will be Stephen and Dr Mara Klemich. Prior to their recent retirement, they co-wrote the book “Above the Line: Living and Leading with Heart” and ran an international consulting company based in London. Part of their consulting work included taking the classroom into the outdoors to draw personal and teambuilding insights from real life challenges in nature. They are now new members of the RPAYC. Their topic for presentation at First Friday will share their experiences as a husband and wife team mountaineering and rock climbing, including preparation, safety, trust and the climbers mindset from which there will be many analogies with our own experiences in sailing, particularly husband and wife cruising teams.

Lighting of the Fire

Winter is here. Be part of the official opening of the Winter Season at RPAYC with the Lighting of the Fire in the Edinburgh Room.
Enjoy the club’s weekly Happy Hour & a 1/2 from 5:30pm and canapes on arrival.
The fire will be lit weekly each Friday, enjoy the warmth and ambience of the Edinburgh Lounge and Bar with members, friends and family.
