Royal Prince Alfred Boatyard is Pittwater’s largest and most modern marine service centre. We maintain our industry-leading reputation by taking pride in the quality of our workmanship and by delivering a true “one-stop shop” for our clients.
The Alfred’s Boatyard was recognised with a Highly Commended award at the 2025 Marina Industries Association (MIA) Awards.
Facilities include:
- 50-tonne travel lift
- Maximum vessel length of 75 ft and beam up to 5.7 metres
- 1,000 kg mast crane and rigging storage area
• On-site shipwrights, mechanics, electricians, riggers, detailers, and more
Antifoul Service Information
All antifoul service estimates include Altex #5 Plus.
A range of alternative antifouling options is also available upon request.
We follow manufacturer specifications to achieve a high-quality finish.
Our standard service includes:
- A complimentary descaling topside wash prior to antifouling
- Hull sanding from stem to stern prior to antifoul application
- Two full coats of antifoul
- Propspeed application and topside polishing available upon request
- A final deck wash upon completion of the service
If additional work is required, we will contact owners promptly to discuss available options.
We collaborate with on-site trades to provide a seamless, full-service experience for members and guests.
