Notice to Competitors - NSW State Championship Entry & Membership

The NSW Optimist Championship is this WEEKEND.

Firstly, thank you to all for being part of the great turn out that will help to make this weekend’s State Championships a fantastic event. I know the team up at RPAYC have been busy behind the scenes to ensure we all have the best time that we can (given the soggy forecast).
A little housekeeping to assist Registration to run smoothly and avoid unnecessary angst. Looking at the registrations it appears that we have a number of people that have either

a) paid for membership, but not entered the actual event or

b) have entered a fleet, but have not renewed their membership.

I can see that a number of you have realised the omission and gone back to the registration to finalise what was missed. Thank you.

Could I please ask that all NSW/ACT sailors check their registration confirmation to ensure they have both a Membership renewal and a Fleet entry.
Please also note that due to other logistics we won’t be opening registration on Friday evening as originally indicated. Registration will open at 9am on Saturday.
