Did you know that while your away from your Club berth or mooring that you could be accessing credits against your facility fees?

In the last year, the Club has issued over $56,000 in credits to Members whose berths or moorings were sublet during their absence.

How It Works: If you’re planning to be away from your Club facility (marina or mooring) for three or more nights let us know. We record an absence in our booking system and if we’re able to sublet to a casual occupant you’ll receive a credit equal to the value of your nightly rate for each night it’s sublet. The credit will be applied to your account and reflected in the next months statement.

It’s a great way to reduce your fees while your away, whilst helping the Club meet demand for berths and moorings, especially during the busy holiday season.

How to Action: Planning a trip away, notify us of when you’re planning to be away. The more notice you’re able to give, the more opportunity we’ll have to sublet your berth or mooring.
