Hi RPAYC members ! We are one of RPAYCS current youth sailing teams competing around the country and around the world in both match racing and fleet racing events. Earlier this year we headed up to Newcastle to compete in the Sailing Champions League NSW Championships. Here we finished 3rd overall, qualifying RPAYC to send a team to the Asia Pacific event.
As a team we took that spot and headed down to South Australia to compete in the Asia Pacific Finals for Sailing Champions League. We had a great event here finishing 2nd overall and 1st youth. This qualified RPAYC to send a team to either the youth finals or the open finals for SCL. We again decided to take that spot and chose to head off to the Open Finals in Vilamoura Portugal.
This event starts on the 26th of September where we will be ready to take on some of the best sailors in the world.
