Wedding Packages
RPAYC is one of Sydney’s premier waterfront venues, offering exceptional service and exquisite cuisine in a truly spectacular setting. The Club features a stunning Outdoor Terrace that comfortably accommodates over 120 guests, a balcony with sweeping water views, private rooms for the wedding party, and elegant interior spaces including Alfreds Lounge with its fireplace and piano. Our spacious indoor dining areas are ideal for formal receptions, with flexible wet-weather ceremony options also available.
The venue is designed with convenience in mind, offering wide accessways for wedding vehicle drop-offs and direct access to our Marina, perfect if you wish to arrive or depart by boat, or simply extend your wedding photography across the waterfront surrounds.
Behind the scenes, our state-of-the-art kitchen is led by experienced event chefs, supported by a professional team dedicated to delivering seamless, personalised hospitality throughout your celebration.

Available Spaces
The Terrace
Say “I do” on the Terrace, a beautiful open-air space filled with light and charm. With its relaxed elegance and spacious layout, it provides the perfect backdrop for your vows, heartfelt moments, and unforgettable photographs surrounded by family and friends.
It is available for lunch &/or evening functions and suited to events of 40 to 90 people. It has its own sound system, and we have a large portable TV easily placed for slide shows.
The area has a cover to block out the sun. The area is ideal for either self-catered cooking or a chef-prepared BBQ.
The Bollards Room
A stylish, private space for your wedding party to relax and prepare. Featuring comfortable seating, armchairs, a pool table, and historic artwork, it’s perfect for pre-ceremony moments, touch-ups, or quiet downtime. Spacious and versatile, The Bollards Room provides a private sanctuary to gather, unwind, and capture behind-the-scenes memories.
Pittwater Room
The Pittwater Room is a bright and versatile space, offering expansive views across Pittwater and a calm, coastal atmosphere that feels effortlessly elegant. With its generous proportions and natural light, the room is well suited to both seated wedding receptions and relaxed cocktail-style celebrations.
With the capacity to accommodate 200 seated guests and 280 standing guests.
Admiral’s Cup Room
This room is ideally suited for small weddings, functions and conferences for up to 50 people.
Any style of seating can be organised in this room.
The room opens up to balconies on 2 sides to bring the outdoors closer.
It has its own bar and we have a portable dance floor that can be laid to suit your seating.
Edinburgh Lounge
Perfect for predinner drinks with guests.
The room is classically furnished including a cosy fireplace for those cold winter days,
180-degree water views and a balcony overlooking Pittwater.
RPAYC offers direct access to its marina, providing couples with a unique and picturesque setting for wedding photography.
The wide boardwalks and pontoons allow for vehicle access, with plenty of space for the wedding party and photographer to move comfortably. From bright daytime reflections to golden hour and sunset tones, all within steps of the reception spaces.
Buffet packages
RPAYC offers buffet-style wedding packages, featuring a variety of seasonal mains, sides, and salads.
