CUPRA Australia and CUPRA Artarmon Chart a New Course with the Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club
Boundary-pushing car brand joins forces with one of Australia’s most prestigious sailing clubs to power the next generation of sailors
SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA, CUPRA Australia & CUPRA Artarmon today announced a landmark two-year partnership with the Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club (RPAYC) on Pittwater, one of Australia’s most celebrated sailing clubs. The collaboration unites two brands defined by performance, innovation, and a passion for pushing limits, on the road and on the water.
The official launch was on Wednesday, 6 May 2026, at the RPAYC’s home in Newport, on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
The partnership will see CUPRA supporting sailing in the community through the club’s extensive weekly events. The partnership spans three key pillars of the club’s sailing program:
• The RPAYC Elliott 7 supporting our Youth Development Academy (YD) is a world-renowned program cultivating Australia’s future youth sailing. With community sail training and competitions both locally and internationally in the clubs, Elliott 7 Yachts.
• The annual Pittwater Regatta, a flagship yachting event on the NSW Yachting calendar, draws sailors from across the country.
• Weekly Club Racing, the heartbeat of the RPAYC’s vibrant sailing community, available for all to participate in.
