Annual Commodores’ Lunch

Speaking on the occasion, Commodore Rob McClelland said:

It was a privilege to host ten past Commodores at our Annual Commodores’ Lunch in the Billiards Room. Joining me were John Allanson, Ian Audsley, John Berry, Robert Curtis, Angus Gordon, Michael Lockley, Russell Murphy, Ross Scoble, Bruce Staples and Allen Stormon. These members have each made a significant contribution to RPAYC over many years, and it was wonderful to catch up, share stories and reflect on the year that has been.

The lunch provided an opportunity to discuss the Club’s recent achievements, future direction and the important role these past Commodores have played in shaping RPAYC. We also looked ahead to an exciting milestone, with the Club set to celebrate its 160th anniversary in 2027.
