To assist with marina operations during peak period, we are looking to confirm vacant berths and moorings in order to accommodate the short stays over Christmas and into the New Year.  If you are participating in the Club Cruising event to Lake Macquarie or taking your vessel away, it would be greatly appreciated if you would confirm the anticipated departure and return date.   If your date of departure or return date changes, if you could give us much notice as possible by sending an email or telephoning the Club Reception.

During your absence, if we are able to fill your mooring for more than 7 nights, you will receive a credit equal to 50% of the income paid to the Club. In the event that you are able to introduce a casual occupant during your absence you will receive a 100% credit of the value paid to the club against your account.
