Stu Innes, and new member Mac Gray, took Tickety Boo up to Port Stephens to compete in the ASBA Sports Boat Nationals. It was an awesome regatta of 11 races over 4 days. 

Another Alfred’s boat, The Stig, also travelled to the regatta, so we had some great tight racing between ourselves and another Shaw650 within the fleet. We had a great range of conditions across the four days, in a beautiful setting with dolphins, turtles and sea eagles keeping us company. Breeze on the last day was a solid 20kn westerly, which made the final races pretty exciting and exhausting!

Re-Heat skippered by Luke Ratcliff of RMYC won the SMS pointscore of the regatta. Tickety Boo tied for third with the Shaw650 Monkey Business on 33 points, but ended up fourth on countback. The Stig came away with a sixth. On the LTP pointscore, Tickety Boo took the regatta win on 14 points with The Stig picking up third place on 20
