Our expert speaker Ron Jacobs delivered a highly engaging racing seminar, with a focus on perfecting technical sailing skills and developing strong leadership on-water and off.

Those in attendance learnt about Sail Trim and responding to changes in wind speeds to improve technical sailing skills.

Ron has assisted teams in campaigning many of Australia`s most successful offshore race yachts at national and international levels over many decades, mostly in the role of Sailing Master.

With multiple wins both outright & line honours in the Sydney Hobart Race, along with numerous Hamilton Island Race Week wins, plus Podium results at many overseas offshore regattas.
