Manly Junior NSW Titles - Round 1

RPAYC Hosts Exciting Round 1 of Manly Junior NSW State Championship

The Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club (RPAYC) proudly welcomed the Manly Junior Class to Pittwater for the opening round of their NSW State Championship. With 30 boats competing across novice and open fleets, the event showcased a vibrant display of sailing talent.

Pittwater came alive with activity as it played host to a kaleidoscope of sailing events. Alongside the Manly Juniors, the waters were shared by competitors in the Spirals, Multihulls “Bullets” regattas, the Magenta Foiling Clinic, BYRA’s foiling championship, and the Broken Bay Island Series.

The weekend looks to continue with ideal sailing weather, thrilling racing action in the MJ Class and a spectacular celebration of sailing for all participants and spectators.

Out on the water was the RPAYC Media Team, watching these junior sailors enjoy a perfect day, ” So frick’n Cute” said the camerawoman.

Two races were completed today.

The presentation for Day 1 will be held at Sunday’s Race Briefing followed by another fun day out on Pittwater.
