Crew Lists & Entry
In this section we’ll be talking about two concepts, the Crew Register and the Crew Lists
- The Crew Register is the list of possible crew,
- The Crew List is who is actually on the boat for a specific race.
First open your dashboard by logging in at – https://www.sailsys.com.au/ then click on the Crew Lists menu item.
Compliance uploads
You manage your compliance via your ENTRIES, and these can be found on your dashboard.
Click Your Account / Entries.
Select the entry for which you need to complete compliance, and click view to open this screen.
You can complete compliance in stages if not all information is yet available. Your progress will be saved.
Adding files or documents to your boat profile
Adding files to your boat’s profile will make it super easy to submit the file to your club when they request it.
There are two ways to add a file to your Boat’s profile to save it in your file library and have it readily accessible if/when a club asks you to submit it. Note that it also means that you can call it up on any device at any time to show it on demand!
The two methods are:
- Upload via your Boat profile in advance, or
- Save it to your Boat’s profile/library when you first submit it to a club.
Either way, you will be asked to:
- give the file a name – we suggest something logical that enables you to find it quickly and know what year it relates to – i.e. Insurance 2020
- If applicable, provide an expiration date; this is not mandatory but is worth doing if your document has one.
Entering a Race - Series or Casually
A boats handicap for a race, boats entered in a series and race results are all viewable online.
- Click on the above button to access the RPAYC Dashboard
- Select the Series applicable under Entries & Results, select the VIEW button. If not displayed means handicaps have not yet been published or race results have not yet been published.
- View entrants for the race or Overall Series results
