Marine Business Opportunities at RPAYC

Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club is inviting Expressions of Interest for two unique waterfront tenancy opportunities within the Club’s thriving marine precinct at Newport.

Available spaces include:

Office #1 – Moonbar Building: A light-filled 32m² office overlooking the marina and centreboard lawn, with convenient lift and street access.

Office #4 – Green Point Building: A compact 12m² office positioned in the heart of the marina and boatyard activity, offering excellent exposure to Members and visiting yacht owners.

RPAYC is seeking marine-related businesses that will complement the Club’s existing marina, boatyard and marine services, with opportunities suited to marine electronics, surveying, brokerage support, rigging, insurance, detailing and other marine service providers.
