Sitewide Power Outage Sunday 10 May
Ausgrid will undertake high-voltage switch repair works after hours on Sunday 10 May requiring all power to the Club and grounds to be turned off. A large crane will be parked at the entry to the Club on Mitala Street which will block all traffic in and out of the Club and there will be no power from approx. 8pm until 6am the following day.
Date Sunday 10 May
No Vehicle Access 7pm until 6am Monday 11 May
Power outage window 8pm Sunday until 6am Monday
Affected areas Marina, Carpark, Clubhouse, tenant offices, workshops and Centreboard .
Important Preparation
- Ensure boat electrical systems/batteries are prepared
- Power down and disconnect any sensitive electrical equipment
- Remove vehicle from car park prior to 7pm on Sunday 10 May
Important Safety
Site access during outage is not permitted. Any person found on site will be asked to leave immediately.
- No sleeping aboard
- Gym closed
- Access to/from marina not permitted
Additional security will be onsite during shut down. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and understanding while works are carried out by Ausgrid.
