Christmas Cruise to Lake Macquarie

A social get together prior to the Christmas Cruise. 

Welcome to ‘First Friday’.
Please complete the following form, a maximum of 2 people in the one booking.
Book a table with your friends to catch up or just book and we will allocate you a seat.

If you like to attend the presentation only without dinner, RSVP with Reception.

On the night:

  • Join fellow members in the Halyards Bar pre-drinks from 5:30pm
  • Dinner will be a Cook your own BBQ and seated in Halyards Annex, 7:30pm 

Terms & Conditions:
Bookings close 29 November at 5pm, COB. All bookings are payable at the close of bookings. No refunds are applicable. If you need to cancel your booking please call Reception prior to the close of bookings. 
RPAYC Members receive a 10% discount on advertised prices.
If you would like to book more than 2 people just complete the form again. Please be sure to click on the “Submit” button at the end of the form and be sure that you see an acknowledgement window come up. If you have any doubts just make another booking and we will delete one if both come through.

First Friday - 4 November 2022

November’s First Friday will be a social cook your own bbq at the club.

BOOKINGS CLOSED
Enjoy a casual catch up in Halyards and A BBQ dinner. There is a steak or chicken option with a choice of two salads and a damper roll included. Dessert can be ordered directly from Halyards Bistro. 

Bookings close 2 November at 5pm, COB.
Please note that cancellations after 5pm on Wednesday 2 November will be charged.

Social get together and CYO BBQ Dinner

Welcome to ‘First Friday’. Please complete the following form, maximum 2 people in the one booking can be made. Select the main meal you would like to have.

Book a table with your friends to catch up or just book and we will allocate you a seat.
On the night:
Meet in the Edinburgh Bar & Lounge for pre-drinks from 5:30pm.
Dinner is a Cook Your Own BBQ on from the Halyards Annex BBQ.

Menu Options:
250g rump steak, choice of salads + bread roll, $30.00 per person
Salmon fillets, choice of salads + bread roll, $30.00 per person

Dessert Option:
Ordered from Halyards Menu directly on the night.
