All competitors in the Lion Island Series are reminded of General Notice
Of Race item 1.10.
"Boats shall report to the Committee Vessel prior to the Warning Signal
on starboard tack with mainsail hoisted to confirm its intention to race.
Boats that cannot be identified may be scored as DNS."
The General Notice of Race & Sailing Instructions for the Lion Island
Series are published in the 2013-14 Sailing Handbook which can be
purchased from the Sailing Office or downloaded from the RPAYC
