Amendment to the Sailing Instructions for the
2013 Cabbage Tree Island Race
Amendment has been made to the Sailing Instructions the effect of
which is to modify the HF
frequencies to 6516 (primary) and 4483 kHz
Delete:
12 POSITION REPORT SCHEDULE
Insert Amended:
12 POSITION REPORT SCHEDULE
12.1 All boats must make mandatory position reports during the race.
12.2 The Race Frequencies are 6516kHz (primary) and 4483 kHz and
VHF Channel 77. Position
reports shall be made either by HF radio, or phone, note when reporting
by phone delays
will be expected, competitors shall continue to call until they make
contact with the Race
Committee.
12.3 Contact with the Race Committee can be made on HF 6516 or
4483 kHz or on phone number
0427 477 854. Boats shall maintain a continuous listening watch on
VHF Channel 16 for the
duration of the race.
