(To be read in conjunction with RPAYC General Notice of Race & Early Bird Series Sailing Instructions as published in the 2011-12 Sailing Handbook)


Delete Course 4 for Division 3.
Add New Course 4 as follows:
Division 3 : START - SDP - TP - TB(P) - SPC(P) - TB(P) - FIN
