The President's Cup

By Allan Jones

A most enjoyable day was had at Sailability NSW Drummoyne club, based at Rodd Point on a branch of the Parramatta River.

With the assistance of Sailability Manly, the two race series, The President’s Cup was well run and this year won by RPAYC member Alyse Saxby, sailing a HANSA 2.3 dinghy.

Volunteers launched boats and assisted all to join the sailing. The team-work was excellent!

The afternoon race took us around Rodd island and towards Iron Cove Bridge in light airs which Alyse excels in.

Manly Sailability will host next year’s event.
