On Sunday 15 October 2017, The Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club will celebrate its Sesquicentenary and is among the oldest yacht club’s in the country.
To cap off the many events held throughout the year, the Club will mark this very proud moment in its history with a Sesquicentennial Race followed by a Garden Party. The event will conclude with a commemorative fireworks display over Pittwater. All members are invited to attend.
A market style food service will be available from 3.30pm, with approximately 6 varying items on offer eg, fish & chips in a noodle box. Food must be pre-purchased below. $30 (3 different food items), $20 (2 different food items), $10 (1 food item). Tokens for pre-purchased food will be available for collection from Reception. Yacht competing will be issued a limited edition Sesquicentenery Burgee and Centreboard competitors a stern sticker, collected from Reception on the day or at Registation for Centreboard at the Jack Gale Centre.
